Payments
All prices on this site are in Canadian Currency but we accept US funds as par to Canada.
We accept credit cards through Paypal. We accept all types of Paypal Payments.
We accept Money Orders from Canada, United Kingdom and United States.
United Kingdom and United States Customers please make sure the money order is an International Money Order.
We accept Cash at your own risk. If paying by this method please select Money Order and please contact and tell us as well.
Shipping Policies
We Ship most items within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, Monday thru Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our shipping rates are based on weight of items and include cost of postage and shipping supplies.
We use Padded Envelopes for all small shipments and boxes for larger orders.
Our Delivery Time is based on: a) time required to process the order, b) time for your payment to clear and c) time used by carrier to deliver package. So depending on the payment method you choose and your location, most orders should be received within 10 days for Canada, within 14 days for USA and within 21 days for other countries. This time may vary during peak times (such as Christmas).
Non-Delivered Orders:
In the rare case of an order being lost by the carrier during transit, we will gladly refund the order total. We will not offer a replacement of an identical item unless we have one already in stock. If you're order has been sent by a service that includes Delivery Confirmation and the carrier proves that you have received the order then we will not issue a credit or replacement.
Should a order come back to us unopened, refused or undeliverable then the customer will be required to pay a shipping cost to re-ship the order. It is up to you to make sure your contact information is correct. If you choose not to re-ship the order you will be issued a refund. Paypal orders will be refunded through Paypal only.
Shipping Damage:
Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives safely after it leaves us. All orders are packaged with care. Please check your shipment upon receipt for any damages. If you see any minor or major damages, please report to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns / Refunds:
All orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund. Orders must be returned to us before we will issue a Refund. This must include all original packaging. Paypal payments will be refunded back into Paypal.
